We’ll work through a launch strategy to get you up and running and ready to launch your course or membership with as little stress and confusion as possible.
I recommend that you have the course outline completed, know which way you’d like to launch, and book this at least 8-12 weeks in advance of when you’d like to launch - although, it is possible to be just starting if you're ready to put in some serious effort!
Instead of bringing me on for the three months prior to a launch, you’ll walk away with a full launch roadmap, all the tools ready to go for you (and your team!) to follow in as little as 3 days.

- A written launch strategy blueprint for you to use for visibility, marketing, open-cart, and bonuses, and all the little odds and ends you might not think of!
- Creation and uploading of your customized project plan into your project management tool of choice to help you check everything off of your list and your team to meet deadlines.
- Customized email prompts so you (or your team) can crank out alllllllll those launch emails with ease.
- Content Calendar template with prompts for you to follow on social media for the 6 weeks leading up to your launch so you know exactly what to post when PLUS when to send each email!
- One 60 min (recorded) call with me at the end of the three days to review any questions.
- Video walkthrough detailing every aspect of your launch plan
- Two weeks of Slack access to ask any follow-up questions.

- Management and tweaks while the “cart is open”. No more “oh man we forgot!” moments, because we took care of everything in the pre-planning!
- Post launch debrief meeting where we’ll go over alllllll the numbers and discuss what can be changed (and what to do again!) next time!
- A ride-or-die who goes through a somewhat stressful (sorry, most launches are a little stressful!) time with you!
With this package, you will have ongoing monthly support from a Certified Online Business Manager (that’s me!) and you’ll see big changes in your business and also probably your personal life. Let’s start with a load off so you can focus on the big vision of your business. There are 3 levels of ongoing services that I offer, based on hourly commitment.
